Turning Services:
At GSI we can rough turn your bar or shaft before the centerless grinding operation. We also turn round bar material, forgings, and castings to prep prior to CNC lathe operations. Let us take a load off of your equipment, when areas of your shop are over-scheduled.
Boring Services:
At GSI we can pre-bore your tube or pipe to prepare it for the honing or finishing operation. We have special "Devibe Boring Bars" that allow us to bore to depths of 36", 48" even 60". These bars reduce the amount of “chatter” when performing deep boring, allowing us to hold closer tolerances and better finishes.
Sawing Services:
At GSI we can also saw your bar or tube material to any length and to close repetitive tolerances. Call us when your saw is running behind or you have a large job that has thrown your production schedule behind.
